Want your running style checked?

Our Physio team can use video running analysis on our indoor track or treadmill to identify strengths and weaknesses and help refine your technique. We give you conditioning and strengthening exercises specific to your needs.

Physio tips for runners

Stay strong
Strength and control in the torso and hips help you avoid injury. Lunges are an ideal exercise for runners.
Stay supple
Follow the lead of top level runners who use sports massage to avoid injury.
Dynamic stretching helps you get the most out of your muscles.
Support your feet
The feet absorb the impact as our leg hits the ground, so the right socks and footwear are vital to absorb impact and prevent injury.

Race day

Our physios, osteopaths and masseurs will be there on race day to answer questions and provide injury advice before and after the race. If needed, we can provide immediate care.

We look forward to seeing you at the Bristol 10k and Bristol half marathon in our tent in the Race Village on Race Day.
