Are you fit to runbristol?

Download a free training plan for May’s Bristol 10k or September’s Bristol half marathon.
runbristol has provided a 10 week specific programme for the 10k and a 12 week programme for the half marathon but in the weeks prior to that you would be well advised, and benefit greatly, if you put down the initial foundations by doing some gentle progressive running. As with any form of training programme be prepared to be patient and purposeful but equally positive in your approach.
It is always good to “hurry slowly” and help prevent injuries by being realistic about how much is feasible for you – and above all – enjoy your running !
runbristol events calendar
During 2012 the runbristol events calendar will include practical training sessions open to participants in the 2012 Bristol 10k and 2012 Bristol half marathon. Details will be published on the runbristol training days page.
