2012 Bristol half marathon Post Company Challenge

Take up the challenge on Sunday 30th September 2012 and enter a team in the Bristol half marathon Bristol Post Company Challenge.

We are inviting companies to take part in this race within a race! Designed to encourage businesses to promote a healthy work force while helping raise money for charity, organisations taking part will also benefit from:

building a strong team spirit
cultivating links with other localbusinesses
flagging Bristol as a flourishingbusiness community

One of the most scenic races in the UK, the Bristol half marathon covers 13.1 miles (21km) around Bristol's historic Harbourside.

Prizes for the Bristol Half Marathon Bristol Post Company Challenge will be awarded in the following categories:

Fastest team
Fastest man
Fastest woman
Fastest male veteran (over 40)
Fastest female veteran (over 35)

Winners will receive hand-blown etched glass trophies made by Bristol Blue Glass.

This year's official race charities are CLIC Sargent, Children's Hospice South West and Coco (Comrades of Children Overseas).

Places in the race have been reserved for teams competing in the Bristol half marathon Bristol Post Company Challenge.
